Are the estimated delivery dates at checkout guaranteed?
No, estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed, they are an estimate. But most packages do arrive close to the estimated dates. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over transit times. USPS Priority Mail is the service we use and it has proven to be fast and reliable most of the time.

When will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can click the tracking number to view the most up-to-date shipping status and estimated delivery dates directly on the carrier’s website.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States from our warehouse located in Colorado.
I entered the wrong address on my order, how can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@AsteriskoClub.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible - depending on where you are in the shipping process, we may not be able to do anything once your order has shipped.

Can I ship multiple addresses in one order?
Currently, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders.
I sent you a message on social media about an order, but youdidn't respond to me, what do i do?
